Zero Food Waste Coalition Launches State Policy Pilot with New Jersey and Pennsylvania Partners

Vivaria Ecologics

We are thrilled to announce that the Zero Food Waste Coalition (ZFWC) is launching a state policy partnership in New Jersey with Vivaria Ecologics, a food waste composting company, and Share My Meals, a food recovery organization. ZFWC will provide tailored technical assistance to support the development and implementation of impactful state-level food waste policy.

Vivaria Ecologics is eager to work with the Zero Food Waste Coalition Team and organizations focused on reducing food waste and loss in New Jersey to design impactful, implementable policy. We are optimistic that if we can unlock legal and regulatory barriers to solutions like edible food donations and food waste composting, we can make rapid, demonstrable progress for our communities.
